Aftermarket Sales Coordinator
Location: Telford
Type: Permanent
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 + commission of around £4,000 - £9,000 a year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week - hybrid working available
This is a fantastic job opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company in Telford. They are looking for someone to join their growing aftermarket team to help support and sell the required aftermarket services to customers to ensure their equipment is always running efficiently and providing them with the best production. There is a huge potential for departmental growth, individual growth, and development.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Dealing with new and existing customer base, receiving and evaluating enquiries, generating written or verbal quotations, order receipt, order entry, acknowledgement, and works orders.
2. Liaising with new and existing customers regarding spares prices, availability, and advising on our full product range and services for oil/dust extraction systems.
3. Engaging with customers to convert quotations into sales.
4. Proactively seeking out new customers to increase sales.
5. Management of key accounts and the administration responsibilities.
6. To help constantly improve customer service, quoting, order processing, and conversion rates.
7. The above list is not exhaustive and may be varied or added to as the aftermarket department is a rapidly growing area of the business.
Skills and Experience:
1. At least 3 years' experience in a similar role is essential with comparable goals and responsibilities.
2. Experienced with Microsoft Office Programs.
3. Excellent telephone communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
4. Efficient, effective, and highly organised with the ability to plan and manage your own time where prioritisation is key.
5. Excellent sales ability and understands how to frame a clear, concise, and compelling sales pitch, managing the sales process with strong administration ability.
6. Self-sufficient and self-motivated with a positive attitude and high attention to detail, with a strong ability to work under pressure.
7. Able to gracefully receive criticism and feedback regarding your work.
