We now have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate to join our commercial property team.
About You
The successful candidate will have at least 4-5 years PQE, be passionate about their field, and want to progress their career. They will be experienced in undertaking a broad range of commercial property work.
In addition, they will:
* Be commercially aware, adept at applying legal knowledge effectively to provide commercially beneficial advice to clients
* Be able to manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters such as leasehold, freehold, sales and purchases, commercial leases, refinance, landlord and tenant matters independently and as part of a team
* Have excellent client care skills and be able to develop long-lasting relationships
* Have demonstrable experience in business development with great networking skills
* Have strong IT skills, experience of using a case management system, and a positive can-do attitude
* Be able to work effectively as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
