HSE Manager Are you an experienced HSE Manager looking for a rewarding, long-term opportunity with competitive pay? My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager to join their team during an exciting period of growth. The Role As an HSE Manager, you will be: Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 45001 standards Assisting with maintaining and renewing company accreditations Investigating accidents, near misses, and hazards, and implementing corrective actions Managing PPE control, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance across the workforce Holding managers accountable for safety processes and adherence within their teams Monitoring and reporting on department KPIs, and taking corrective actions when necessary Coordinating fire drills and emergency response exercises Preparing method statements, risk assessments, and monthly safety reports Staying up to date with the latest health & safety legislation Conducting inductions and providing training as required Visiting the head office in Heanor, Derbyshire on a regular basis What We Are Looking For NEBOSH diploma At least 5 years of experience in site safety and CDM regulations Experience with quality and safety accreditations Strong communication, organizational, and report-writing skills Proficient in using safety systems and computer-based applications Passionate, driven, and able to work effectively at all levels of the business What’s On Offer Permanent, full-time position with job security Competitive salary of £50,000 per year Monday to Friday working hours, 40 hours per week Opportunity to join a growing company with an excellent team environment If you have the relevant skills and experience, and are ready to take on a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
