Now, at a pivotal time of our growth, we are looking for a Senior E-commerce Manager to lead our e-commerce function, particularly on scaling the US. The Role As a Senior E-commerce Manager, you will take ownership of our Shopify and Amazon FBA stores. Reporting to the Head of Growth, this is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to shape our e-com strategy, enhance our customer experience, and scale measurable commercial results. Key Responsibilities Oversee e-com performance across the UK, US, and France, ensuring seamless user experiences tailored to local markets. Deliver revenue growth through hands-on improvements of conversion rates, AOVs and on-site merchandising best practices. Develop and implement CRO optimisation strategies tailored to local markets. Lead and collaborate on customer journey improvements, enhancing site navigation, PDPs, and collection pages Play a key role in expanding our Amazon marketplace presence through listing optimization, merchandising, and growth initiatives. Monitor commercial performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend actionable insights to drive growth. Lead website funnel testing and optimise customer journeys. Required experience & skills 2–3 years in e-commerce management within D2C. Shopify Plus expertise, including its features and app ecosystem. Amazon FBA experience, either hands-on or working with an agency. A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth through CRO and AOV optimization. Analytical thinker, comfortable with KPIs, A/B testing, and identifying UX improvements across the funnel. Landing page-building tools like Unbounce, Instant.so or similar US market - recent experience in scaling DTC ecom function across the US is a strong plus. What’s in It for You?
