Glasgow Sheriff Court have exciting opportunities for 5 X Administrative Officers to join them on a fixed term basis for an initial period of 6 months.
These roles would fit someone with an excellent attitude, enjoys working as part of a team and can demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Some of the duties involved are:
Processing and distributing incoming mail to colleagues which comprises of civil, solemn and criminal enquiries along with other documents.
Creating and updating records on ICMS/COP11 computer system and data input
Producing court documents on ICMS/COP11 computer systems and data input.
Preparing files for court hearings on ICMS/COP11 computer systems and data input.
Assisting court clerks with pre and post court related procedures.
General photocopying and filing
Accounting for monies in accordance with financial guidelines
Dealing with jury queries.
Dealing with telephone, counter and email queries.
