Senior Sales Administrator – Langley Mill, Nottingham – £30,000 + Bonus
Are you an experienced Account Manager or Sales Administrator looking for a new challenge in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Our client is looking to appoint a skilled Internal Account Manager to provide exceptional customer service, support internal sales, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Location: Langley Mill, Nottingham, with free on-site parking
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: £30,000 per annum + Annual Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and orders
* Support external Sales Account Managers
* Process orders, invoices, and credits accurately
* Assist in resolving customer complaints when needed
* Maintain customer records and update the ERP system
* Provide pricing, delivery, and product information
* Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs
* Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Key Requirements:
* Experience in account management or sales administration within a manufacturing environment (essential)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Positive and proactive approach to work
