About the Role:
Collaborate with the Clinical Wellbeing team to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils. Hold a caseload alongside other clinicians, supported by the experienced and knowledgeable Clinical Team. Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice.

Qualifications and Experience:
Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational). Substantial experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, complex trauma, mental health needs, and behaviours of concern. Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting. Lecturing/teaching/training experience. Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyse data to inform service delivery, development, and project work. Utilize skills in data management to contribute to the success of the role.
