Upon the retirement of our current Headteacher, the Governing Board is seeking an inspirational new leader.
Our new Headteacher will continue to develop all aspects of the school including teaching and learning, governance, pupil outcomes, and staff, whilst ensuring that the school remains inclusive and supportive of all members of its community.
It is essential that the Headteacher is a role model, whose ability and approach to headship inspires and motivates a very able and motivated staff team. The role presents an opportunity to continue leading this forward-thinking and creative school.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be an inspirational leader, able to articulate a clear vision for the future of the school
* Continue to ensure that the school lives up strongly to its foundation as a Church of England Primary School
* Have the ability to monitor and evaluate the school to bring about sustained improvements
* Ensure the school continues to be fully inclusive for all learners
* Be approachable, reflective, forward-thinking and have the ability to ensure positive outcomes for all pupils
* Have the ability to develop strong relationships with parents and carers, governors, external agencies, and the community
* Have had recent successful experience at Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher level
* Have a record of successfully implementing initiatives to raise standards
* Have experience of analysing and using school performance data to inform targeted interventions and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
