This full-time post comprises 10 Programmed Activities (PAs) but offers flexibility for part-time applicants. Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities Provide general ENT surgical services, with an opportunity to develop subspecialty interests such as Rhinology, Laryngology or Paediatric ENT Surgery. Opportunity for the right candidate to Lead the implementation of service improvements in line with GIRFT Further Faster recommendations. Collaborate with regional networks and West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts (WYAAT) to enhance care delivery. Perform outpatient clinics, operating theatre sessions, virtual RAS clinics, and share on-call duties on a 1:6 rota. Engage in teaching, clinical governance, and research, contributing to the development of our future workforce.
