Head Chef Opportunity: Lead a Renowned Kitchen.
Are you a passionate and ambitious chef ready to take the next step in your culinary career? I'm looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a charming independent pub and restaurant nestled in beautiful surroundings.
This is the perfect role for a talented Head Chef looking to showcase their culinary style while continuing to elevate the reputation of an award-winning establishment recognised both locally and nationally.

* Creative freedom with regularly changing menus, specials, lunch and dinner services, as well as special events.
* Full autonomy over menu costing, GP management, ordering, stock control, and the training and development of a team of 6 chefs and 2 kitchen porters.
* A 7-day operation with a balanced work schedule:
o Lunch service only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
o Dinner service only Monday through Thursday, with a mix of shifts.
About You
We're looking for a leader with a proven track record of excellence, ideally within 1-2 AA Rosette establishments, or an ambitious Sous Chef ready to step up.
You’ll bring:
* Inspiring leadership skills to develop, train, and retain a talented team.
* Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail to maintain consistently high standards.
* Expertise in Food Safety, Health & Safety, and HACCP compliance.
* A solid understanding of financial management, including ordering, GP control, and rota writing.
* A flexible and committed approach, including availability to work weekends.
