What you will do: You will provide comprehensive, confidential clerical and administrative support to the Medical Records Service throughout the Ayrshire Central Hospital campus. Experience of using the electronic Patient Management System (PMS Trakcare) and experience of working within an NHS environment as well as an understanding of NHS inter-disciplinary networks are desirable. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, have the ability to adhere to strict maintenance of confidentiality with a knowledge/understanding and compliance of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as the flexibility to adapt to changes and last minute demands.
