Associate Interior Architect

This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior Interior Architect, Senior Interior Designer, or Associate Interior Designer with proven experience in the F&B / Hospitality / Spa or Hotel sector and is confident using AutoCAD.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (flexible/hybrid options available)
Duties:
1. Lead the spatial planning and layout development of complex hospitality interiors
2. Develop operational flow strategies and zoned space concepts (e.g., restaurants, family areas, lounges)
3. Create technical drawings, space plans, and detailed 3D layouts
4. Collaborate with wider design teams and stakeholders to align spatial design with functional goals
5. Attend client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts
6. Contribute to design reviews, mentoring, and internal studio development
Requirements:
1. Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline
2. Minimum 8 years' experience in industry, preferably in the hospitality/hotel sector
3. Strong ability to think in 3D and confidently develop spatial layouts in large scale Hospitality projects
4. Expert in AutoCAD
5. A high-quality portfolio of previously completed projects
6. Proven experience in a client facing capacity
7. Confident communicator and team leader, able to manage and mentor junior designers
