What are they looking for?
They are seeking an experienced Project / Operations Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will support the Operations Director with day-to-day operational tasks, administrative functions, and project coordination. This position offers excellent opportunities for growth within the cybersecurity industry while working closely with various internal teams, including management, engineering, and sales.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Project Coordination & Support: Provide assistance with daily tasks such as planning, scheduling, logistics, and general administrative duties.
2. Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of engineering teams and resources across various projects to ensure efficient delivery.
3. Administrative Assistance: Support PMs and SDMs in executing projects and fulfilling service requests.
4. Email & Calendar Organisation: Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication with stakeholders using Outlook to facilitate smooth team collaboration.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact between teams, ensuring that key stakeholders receive timely and accurate updates.
6. PSA/ITSM Management: Handle the setup and administration of customer agreements, from initiation through to invoicing.
7. Procurement Support: Assist with procurement tasks, including managing orders and overseeing delivery processes.
What will you bring to the table?
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills are a plus) and Outlook.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in Project Coordination or Administration.
* Cybersecurity experience is a plus, but not essential.
