Project Aspirations and Success Criteria
Flint is looking for domain architects to work closely with development teams and break down high-level architecture into actionable plans.
Deliver well-defined HLD/LLD documentation to enable development teams.
Ensure traceability of architectural design back to business requirements.
Act as a facilitator between system-wide architecture and implementation teams.
Project Current State
Our client is forming a "tactical core team" to own the architectural outcomes.
The company needs domain architects to refine high-level designs into HLD/LLD.
Expected to work within a small team alongside Endava engineers.
Coordination with Architectural Lead and Engineering Managers.
Success Criteria for Candidate
Produce high-quality HLD/LLD documentation that aligns with business needs.
Work closely with development teams to ensure implementation feasibility.
Assist in the transition from a T&M model to an outcome-based delivery approach.
