At Macklin Motors MG Edinburgh, we are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our team!
We are offering a basic salary of £25,000 plus an excellent range of Company benefits.
As our Fleet Administrator, your day-to-day duties will include:
1. Establishing invoicing and taxing
2. Liaising with finance companies
3. Debt control
4. Vehicle availability in line with customer requests
5. Compiling stock lists, with pricing where required to support tactical sales
6. Arranging vehicle deliveries
7. Preparing and completing all relevant paperwork to ensure a smooth process for the delivery of all customer vehicles
You will be passionate about our customers and products, always acting with integrity and professionalism, and be the first point of call for customer queries ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively.
Applicants will ideally have previous experience as a Fleet Administrator within the motor industry and must have a good knowledge of Excel.
