Who Does This Role Report Into? Senior Surveyor
Role Summary / Purpose and Scope:
The Centre Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Cathedral Square, Worcester inclusive of strong engagement with occupiers to fully understand their business needs. The role requires a background in and full understanding of retail shopping centre management to be able to liaise between the client, surveyors and tenants on the improvement and performance of the asset. The Centre Manager will work closely with the MAPP team and client to establish a more successful, performing asset.

* Lead Meetings with key stakeholders such as Tenant Meetings, contractor reviews
* Ensure centre teams are complying with their Job Roles and completing daily checks
* Provide knowledge of the centre’s performance in client meetings
* Ensure effective collaboration with all key stakeholders
* Tenant liaison with a prompt response and resolution to their issues
* Monitor contractor/supplier performance and review RAMS
* Manage the scheme aligned with the MAPP Values
* Conduct regular site inspections in line with MAPP procedures
* Ensure health and safety management systems are kept up to date
* Assist in preparation of service charge reconciliation and manage the budget
* Regular liaison with contract managers to ensure KPIs are being met
* Aid with environmental strategy to reduce energy consumption
* Liaise with the external marketing team
* Lead event planning and management
* Plan and deliver tactical integrated marketing campaigns
* Contribute to Commercialisation strategy
* Monitoring statutory and internal compliance

Experience and Salary
Level of Experience / Certifications:
* 3 years experience of working in a similar role
* Centre Manager experience required
* IOSH desirable
* NEBOSH desirable
Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 5pm Friday
Salary Range: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
