We are seeking an empathetic Registered Nurse in Horsham to provide dedicated, one-on-one care during weekdays and nights.
We have a vacancy for a full-time nurse position or part-time nurses working 2 shifts per week.

About the Role:
As a Complex Care Registered Nurse, you will offer personalized, high-quality care that allows a child with specialized medical needs to reach critical milestones. Your responsibilities will include managing BiPAP, Oxygen support, Oral Suctioning, Administering Medication, and overseeing a JEJ and Sleep Apnea.
Available Shift Patterns:
* Monday to Sunday – 22:00 – 06:00
* Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday – 09:00 – 15:00
We provide comprehensive care tailored to their complex clinical needs. They require ongoing support for chronic lung issues, including ventilation and nebuliser treatments.
Their care also includes PEG feeding via gastrostomy, medication administration, personal care, and moving/handling assistance. Our focus is on ensuring they remain comfortable, happy, and able to enjoy every experience to the fullest.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to a paediatric client.
* Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
* Provide 1-2-1 support to a child with Complex Care needs.
* Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals.
* Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role.
Requirements
* Right to work in the UK.
* Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
* UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
* Ability to fit seamlessly into the family home setting.
* Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
* Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
* Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community.
