Reporting to the People Director, the Senior HR Advisor will be a strategic partner, providing expert HR guidance across the business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
* Provide expert HR advice and support on a range of issues, including employee relations, performance management, and absence management.
* Drive recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
* Develop and implement effective onboarding and induction programs.
* Manage HR systems and data, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
* Stay up-to-date with employment law and HR best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the business.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (desirable).
* Experience in the FMCG industry (desirable).
