Main duties of the job

* Program Development: Design innovative, tailored training materials for families, educational staff, and team members, addressing the needs of children and young people (CYP).
* Training Coordination: Organize logistics, schedules, and resources to guarantee seamless program execution.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with partners and participants to enhance program success and impact.
* Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions for diverse stakeholders, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
* Continuous Improvement: Gather and apply feedback to refine and improve training quality and effectiveness.
* Clinical Service Delivery: Oversee a designated caseload of school-aged children with speech, language, or communication needs. Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and implement targeted therapies and interventions as the designated therapist.
Your Team:
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Physiotherapists. Collaborate with external experts including educational psychologists and specialist teachers to ensure our training program delivers maximum impact.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
* Registered member of the Royal College of Speech And Language Therapists
* Recognised Speech & Language Therapy degree qualification or equivalent
* Health Professions Council Licence to Practice
* Evidence of continuing professional development and personal development
EXPERIENCE
* Evidence of specialist knowledge/skills resulting from clinical experience and CPD
* Experience of producing and delivering training packages to a variety of audiences
* Clinical experience in a variety of settings
