About you: As a Simmons Barback, you will play an important role in ensuring the highest possible standards of service and efficiency within all areas of responsibility are carried out on a daily basis. What you'll do: Guest Experience - Ensure that Guest experience is at the highest level possible at all times and to make sure this is at the center of all actions taken in the venue Floor cleaning - Ensure floors are kept clean, dry and clear of all debris Bar support - Assist the bar team in delivery of service including re-stocking, refilling ice and garnishes, garnish prep, making pre-mixes Responsible service of alcohol - Ensure that overly intoxicated guests are not served, and are flagged up to venue management General cleaning - Follow up in a timely manner on cleaning issues and ensure needed cleaning is completed Glass cleanliness - Maintain high cleanliness standard of all glassware and re-stock the bar with glassware Glass washing machines - Responsible for the proper set up, cleaning, and break down of glass washing machines
