Location: East Ham, London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6:30pm and Saturdays 10am - 4pm
Salary: £18,000 to £20,000 per annum basic salary plus car allowance, and OTE circa £35,000 - 60,000
Responsibilities:
1. Qualifying and registering potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties.
2. Arranging appointments for viewings and valuations.
3. Liaising with vendors and purchasers.
4. Delivering the smooth progression of sales.
5. Demonstrating the highest levels of customer service.
6. Responding to leads from the website and relevant property portals.
7. Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from buyers and sellers.
8. Booking and attending viewings.
9. Maintaining regular contact with Buyers and Sellers.
10. Managing and updating applicants on all properties.
About You:
1. Full UK driving licence and your own car (essential).
2. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
3. Confident and resilient.
4. Self-starter with a great track record.
5. Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work well under pressure.
6. Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Looking for progression.
8. Genuine enthusiasm for the sales industry.
