What you'll be doing: You will lead, understand and provide subject matter expertise and experience on Verint Operations Manager. Responsible for business testing, operational onboarding and post migration support. Working closely within project teams and with stakeholders across the business, ensuring all deliverables meet, and continue to meet, business and regulatory requirements. Understand and keep abreast of changes within the change portfolio, business operation and regulatory landscape, to ensure that the effects on business requirements are understood and incorporated into change delivery programmes. Project lead for your specialist area including being the point of contact to approve change within the subject area.
