This role encapsulates the essence of leadership within project management, focusing on the development and delivery of intricate electronic sub-systems from initial concept through to full-scale production. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing complex and high-priority projects, ensuring delivery aligns with time, cost, and quality parameters. Guiding the design and development processes of sophisticated electronic systems. Driving project delivery strategy among the engineering project management team. Managing project phases from inception and initiation to manufacturing, qualification, and final customer delivery. Job Requirements: Substantial experience in Project Management best practices including Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Compliance Management, Configuration Management, and Earned Value Management. Experience in delivering significant projects or programmes within budget and on schedule. Comprehensive understanding of project management from conception through to customer delivery. Strong engineering development background, especially in complex systems or electronic units. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
