Customer Service Advisor - Call Centre
Monday to Friday
£23,500 + Bonus: £2400 annually
We are recruiting for a leading organisation based in Stoke, they are a customer focused business looking to provide a great service to their customers. You will be joining a vibrant team who have a genuine passion for supporting and helping customers.
Role:
* Handling all customer correspondence - Inbound and Outbound calls
* Build rapport with customers to ensure a first-class service
* Working with the customers to work out the best solution for them
* Handle objections
* Answering an questions and queries that customers may have
* Working on several systems at once
