Tutor - SEN & Excluded Young People (Towcester Area) Pay: £25 - £30 per hour Location: Towcester Contract: Flexible, part-time hours About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and experienced tutor to support young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those who have been excluded from mainstream education. This role will involve working closely with the Local Authority to provide one-on-one tutoring in the child’s home or community settings such as libraries, to ensure these students receive the support they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored tutoring sessions to students with SEN and excluded young people. Work closely with the Local Authority to monitor and support student progress. Create an engaging and supportive learning environment for each individual student. Help students overcome barriers to learning, boost their confidence, and achieve academic success. Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or at least 2 years of teaching experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
