Financial Systems Analyst - £60,000 - £70,000 – Basingstoke, Hampshire (Hybrid Working)
Trace Recruit is delighted to be supporting a Legal Firm, who are on the hunt for an experienced Financial Systems Analyst.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Financial Systems team to develop and implement new financial systems and reporting for the firm. This role needs previous SQL experience.
About Your New Role
* Devise new financial reporting methods to enable efficient and timely management reporting across the firm.
* Report from various sources including, but not limited to, Elite Enterprise, Aderant Expert/Expert Sierra, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI.
* Carry out scheduled tasks and prepare routine reports where requested.
* Able to carry out and assist with month and year-end routines where requested.
* To be able to suggest and make technical improvements or changes to make reporting quicker, more efficient and easier to use.
* To be able to review and accurately document financial system processes and procedures and those of the firm.
* To be able to identify and implement improvements to business processes and procedures.
* To be able to develop and provide training in respect of financial system processes and procedures.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience working in a professional services environment, ideally Legal.
* Must have SQL experience.
* Experience using Aderant and Elite Enterprise would be helpful.
* Work well under pressure and in a busy environment.
* High level of detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication skills and good telephone manner.
