We are seeking to recruit a Recovery Officer. The role will involve but is not limited to the following:
Key tasks and responsibilities:
* Manage business and residential accounts
* Liaise with businesses and residents
* Undertake housekeeping reports and exercises
* Undertake debt chasing and control recovery
* Timely and accurate action of client requests
* To support operational service delivery to clients
* Comply with corporate HR and Health & Safety policies and procedures
* Support\mentor colleagues with their development
Essential Skills and Attributes:
* Previous administration, account management experience
* Previous debt management, collection experience
* Evidence of delivering a first-class service to a diverse range of customers from initial point of contact
* Experience of gathering, organising and managing information
* Being responsive, customer-focused and committed to customer care
* Demonstrate a flexible approach to working patterns to meet business peaks and troughs
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with minimum of 5 grades of A-C /9-4, including English and Maths
