Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Franchise Revenue Manager to join our Pricing Team and support the generation and achievement of the revenue objective of our Franchise locations. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in the car rental sector, be familiar with revenue optimisation tools and strategies and be able to collaborate effectively across the organisation.
Main Responsibilities
* Revenue & Pricing Management: Manage rates and develop tailored pricing strategies for franchise locations, factoring in local conditions, demand, competition, and vehicle utilization. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and increase revenue.
* Collaboration & Alignment: Work with Marketing, Sales, Operations, National Franchise Manager, and Business Development Manager to align pricing with campaigns, sales initiatives, and business goals.
* Promotional Opportunities & Relationship Building: Partner with the Product and Services Manager to create promotional opportunities and build strong relationships with franchisees, maintaining brand values.
* Reporting & Performance Analysis: Prepare reports on pricing, revenue performance, and market trends for senior management.
* Project Management & Tools Optimization: Lead pricing projects, scout tools for optimization, and leverage pricing software to improve forecasting accuracy.
* Cross-functional Collaboration & Policy Updates: Work with local and HQ management to prioritize and deliver projects, updating policies and procedures to address gaps identified through audits.
Job Requirements
* Education & Experience: Degree or equivalent, with extensive experience in car rental/mobility, pricing, and revenue growth. Franchise business model experience is a plus.
* Industry Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of industry fundamentals, pricing systems, and reporting. Advanced Excel skills.
* Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent communication and networking abilities. Confident in presenting data to senior management.
* Analytical & Organizational Abilities: Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Business Process & Project Management: Experience in process analysis and project management, with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
* Other Qualifications: Team player, with a full driving license and a focus on contributing to business success.
