Join a dedicated group of chartered accountants, tax consultants, and business advisors who specialize in the creative industries, from Art and Fashion to Film and Advertising.The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. Located in a superb London office, offering hybrid working. Key responsibilities: Manage purchase and sales ledgers to ensure accurate record-keeping Perform bank and card reconciliations, including balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations Post adjustment journals for accruals, prepayments, and other month-end entries Maintain finance controls and processes, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems Prepare monthly Artist statements and support client management with clear, accurate financial records Handle month-end bank payments and reconciliations to support smooth financial operations Reconcile production expenditures and produce detailed final job wrap reports Key skills: Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (experience in artist representation or production industries is a plus) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with staff and management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Xero is beneficial Apply today LI-CC1
