The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join a dynamic retail business. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary and benefits, with the chance to play a pivotal role in delivering a high-impact loyalty programme.
As part of the team, you will help shape and deliver the loyalty strategy, managing campaigns that drive customer engagement and align with the organisation's broader objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in creating and refining the businesses new app programme strategy to support key business goals.
2. Oversee the launch of new loyalty products and initiatives, preparing updates and proposals for senior leaders.
3. Build strong relationships with external agencies and suppliers to enhance app and loyalty activities.
4. Develop and deliver content strategies across multiple channels, including digital, in-store, social media, and promotional materials.
5. Plan and execute onboarding and engagement campaigns for loyalty members, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
6. Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring delivery is effective and on-brand.
7. Monitor and evaluate the success of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Work closely with internal departments to ensure campaigns are well-coordinated and supported.
9. Handle the loyalty marketing budget, ensuring spending is optimised and aligned with objectives.
10. Act as a key liaison for stakeholders, driving alignment and enthusiasm for loyalty initiatives.
Candidate Criteria
1. A marketing-related degree or qualification is advantageous but not essential.
2. A background in marketing or brand management, ideally with 2-3 years. Experience in loyalty or rewards schemes is hugely advantageous as well as experience in the retail sector.
3. Expertise in brand marketing and campaign management, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
4. A proactive and innovative thinker with a passion for driving results.
5. Strong planning and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
6. Commercially aware with an understanding of retail and customer engagement.
7. Familiarity with CRM platforms and personalisation tools is a bonus.
