Launched just 18 months ago, we’ve already sold over 3 million cans through our own DTC site and Amazon in the UK and USA, and we’re steadily growing month on month. With a highly engaged audience, a full product lineup confirmed and significant marketing firepower behind us, we’re now expanding into retail to bring Neutonic into the hands of millions more.

The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Head of Sales – UK to lead and grow Neutonic’s retail and wholesale presence across the UK and key international markets. This is a ground-floor senior role for someone who thrives on building brands in retail from scratch. To date, we have not started our retail journey. Instead, we focused on building strong sales, retention, and community online first to prove traction and demand. With over 3 million cans sold and a full product line ready to scale, we’re now in the perfect position to secure major retail partnerships from a position of strength.
You’ll be responsible for getting Neutonic into stores, securing distribution, and building out a scalable national strategy — starting with the right regions and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow UK-based retail relationships (grocery, convenience, pharmacy, fitness, specialty retail)
* Support both UK and international wholesale partnerships and B2B distribution accounts
* Map expansion by region using data from our online/Amazon customer base
* Secure regional and national distribution partners (DSD or wholesale)
* Drive retail sell-through using your experience with promos, incentives, and in-store programming.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing to create retail-focused campaigns, demo initiatives, and seasonal activations
* Set KPIs, own forecasting, and lead reporting on retail performance metrics
* Lead buyer pitches, line reviews, and account management with key UK retail chains
* Provide strategic feedback to internal teams to evolve product formats, pack sizes, and merchandising strategies.
Must-Have Experience
* 3-5 years in beverage or functional CPG sales, ideally with emerging brands
* Proven success launching a new brand into UK retail and securing early wins
* Deep experience with retail process and buying cycles.
* Proven ability to manage retailer accounts and grow relationships
* Analytical and commercial mindset – strong with P&L, margins, and sell-through performance
* Comfortable building a team and getting hands dirty – this is a build phase, not a maintenance one
* Exposure to global wholesale or export distribution
