Role Summary (but will not be limited to): This role is pivotal to the structural organisation of Silkin Health and the efficient delivery of primary care across the organisation. Assist the GP Practice Manager in the management of the practice, including staff management and operational management. Ensure that all administrative tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently, including patient registration, appointment booking, and medical record management. Managing the reception team, supporting staff development, providing guidance and direction, ensuring staff are up to date with mandatory training. Carry out return to work interviews after short periods of sickness or other leave. Deal with annual leave requests. Support the GP Practice Manager in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Manage the practice's communication channels, including telephone, email, and social media. Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members. Ensure that the practice is clean, safe, and welcoming for patients and staff. Provide support to the GP Practice Manager in the preparation of reports and presentations for the practice's partners and stakeholders. Working across both sites on a weekly basis.
