We are currently recruiting on behalf of a care home provider who are looking for a Business Support Administrator for their Chislehurst office. The role is permanent. There will be the odd occasion when travel between different sites will be required so you will need to be a driver for this position.
Duties :
* To provide clerical and administration support to the Business Support Officer’s and Business Support Manager
* To maintain home records files in accordance with legislation and security
* Collate and check timesheets
* Collate payroll and update Excel
* Assist with banking
* Assist with clerical duties as required including filing and photocopying
* Monitoring and ordering office provisions
* Assistance with correspondence as required
* Minute taking
* Receive and distribute incoming mail, faxes and deliverables
* Ensure all out going post is sent in a timely manner
* Maintain a diary coordination service as required
* Recording care enquires and channelling them appropriately
* Answering phone lines as required
* Input of data and the maintenance of systems and databases
* Finance administration assistance
* Recording and sending of incoming invoices
