Job Overview
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Debt Recovery Agent / Contact Centre Agent who has a great telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
Due to continued growth, the company is looking to recruit 6 people. Call centre or financial services experience is an advantage, and we will also consider candidates from all types of backgrounds, whether that's working as a Retail Assistant, Administrator, Office Assistant, Waiting Staff, or Shop Assistant just to name a few. The most important factor is you have a friendly, professional approach to your work, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced role, handle difficult conversations with customers, and are willing to learn how to do the job.
On a day-to-day basis, you will communicate with customers through incoming and outgoing telephone calls. You will aim to understand customers' individual circumstances by asking questions to help you negotiate affordable repayments for outstanding arrears, ensuring that the customers' best interests are met.

Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience in financial services and/or contact centre is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
SALARY: £25,000 - £28,938 per annum + Bonus + Generous Benefits
LOCATION: Kirkby, Liverpool Merseyside, North West England (L33)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
START DATE: 24th February 2025
