Contract: Permanent Closing date: 22nd November Recruitment Partner: Anastasia Walker About the role Boots Opticians have an opportunity within the Commercial team for a Retail Performance Lead within the Lenses category. Reporting into Category & Trading Manager, In this role you will work within the Lenses category team and utilise your own store experience, as well as customer, product and general category insights to improve performance. This will be achieved by addressing variance between stores, driving strategic priorities and ultimately supporting the delivery of incremental profit. Key Responsibilities Work cross functionally to gather insight and feedback, identifying opportunities for change and improvement Spend time in stores implementing changes, and monitoring / measuring success of solutions to further refine and improve Define and develop solutions to identified barriers Liaise and drive supplier field team priorities, in line with overall commercial plan and agreed category priorities What you’ll need to have You are an excellent communicator who can easily build effective working relationships both internally and externally You have a proven record of implementing change in a clinical and retail environment You are a highly organised person who can work in a fast-paced environment Experience in optical dispensing is essential You are commercially astute and continually seek improvements A bit about us The Opticians Support team continually improve processes to make a difference to our patients and customers.
