We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation
As an Assistant Facilities Manager, you'll:
* Support the daily operations of building maintenance and ensure facilities are well-maintained.
* Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee vendors and contractors.
* Manage facility-related services, including cleanliness and general upkeep.
* Assist in budgeting and procurement of supplies and materials.
* Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Help with emergency repairs and support the Facilities Manager with projects.
What we're looking for:
* Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
* Knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
* Experience in facilities management or a related field preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
* Proficiency in computer applications and facilities management software.
* Experience with vendor management and budget tracking is a plus.
