About The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Training Lead to join the Team at Sunbelt Rentals UK. Reporting into the Head of Learning and Development, you will lead the development of all learning solutions with the L&D team. Supporting the strategic plan to ensure that current and future skill gaps are met by proactively developing both new and existing employees.
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Work with stakeholders to establish learning requirements and create solutions accordingly.
2. Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
3. Develop, implement, and deliver engaging, learner centric solutions to meet business learning requirements.
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
6. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

About You
To be a successful Learning & Development Training Lead you will be experienced in a similar role working for a large multi-site business.
You will be comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines whilst still maintaining a professional and approachable manner. You will effectively represent the business to customers and external federations in all situations and comfortably work as part of a wider team.
The Ideal candidate will have the following;

7. Proven track record of developing, implementing and delivering learning solutions
8. Proficient user of Microsoft PowerPoint
9. Clean driving licence
10. Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
Desirable:
11. CIPD Level 5 Qualification or equivalent
12. Past experience of coaching key stakeholders
