We’re looking for a Pricing Integration Analyst to join our Pricing team in AXA Health. You’ll enhance market pricing capability for AXA Health products, support the development of new pricing models and integration of new software into existing systems and work alongside AXA Health’s technical pricing experts as well as third-party software provider. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Collaborate with third party software providers to develop and integrate new pricing software. Develop, monitor and analyse portfolio performance, identifying segments for market rating action. Consider statistical significance of actual performance and propose tactical pricing changes. Design, build and implement pricing optimisations strategies and propensity models. Present optimisation pricing proposals in committees and influence AXA Health stakeholders. Become a product expert and own the maintenance and ongoing evolution of new pricing software. Build and enhance analytical techniques, processes and procedures, harnessing new technology. Upskill colleagues with knowledge transfer on new pricing processes, analytics & tools. Experience of operating pricing techniques in UK insurance retail product lines – essential. Excellent knowledge of general insurance pricing tools and software – essential. Good understanding of purpose of Generalised Linear Modelling (GLM) and Generalised Boosted Modelling (GBM) techniques, including applying results to pricing recommendations. Familiar with building propensity models. Background in Statistics / Mathematical Sciences. Knowledge of data science techniques would be beneficial. Microsoft Excel, VBA, SAS and other coding languages – preferred. Support and coach others in analytical techniques – preferred. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
