🔧 Your Role:
As a CNC Miller, you'll:
*
Program, set and operate 5 Axis CNC milling machines (with Haas or Fanuc control).
*
Machine precision components from a range of materials, including castings, to exacting specifications.
*
Read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
*
Follow company Quality Management and Health & Safety procedures.
*
Contribute to a collaborative, deadline-driven team environment.
✅ What You’ll Bring:
*
Solid experience in precision CNC milling, especially on 5 Axis machines.
*
Proficiency with Haas or Fanuc-based controls.
*
Ability to machine castings and interpret complex engineering drawings.
*
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
*
A team-first mindset and a drive to deliver exceptional quality.
(A Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship and a Maths GCSE are desirable.)
