Let’s grow together … What you’ll be doing Lead on all areas of reward, providing thought leadership to the development and structure of a reward strategy including pay, incentives, recognition and benefits, ensuring programmes contribute to the recruitment and retention of key people across the Group Manage the Remuneration Committee (RemCo) cycle and processes, working closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO), Company Secretary, Remuneration Committee Chair and appointed advisers Contribute to the management of benchmarking, reward packages for senior executives, short and long-term incentive plans, pensions and general benefits as part of the annual reward cycle Responsible for producing the disclosure of senior executive remuneration within the Annual Report and Accounts and Pillar III Support business performance by utilising reward to drive individual and team performance that contributes to the achievement of the Group's corporate plan Ensure employees are rewarded and recognised in the most effective way to maintain an engaged workforce Lead on specific reward projects such as gender pay gap reporting and job architecture, supporting diversity and inclusion Through competitor analysis, continually review and make recommendations for new and innovative solutions Horizon scan the remuneration regulatory landscape and provide proactive advice to ensure the Group’s reward strategy remains compliant and fit-for-purpose aligned to the corporate plan About You What you’ll bring to the team Be seen as the Group's executive remuneration expert and go-to person internally Seek opportunities to network and understand the remuneration regulatory landscape and identify how this may impact the Group Be known as someone who can be trusted to get the job done, pre-empting the RemCo Chair's needs and being meticulous to produce work to the highest of standards Maximise the time available for the CPO to deliver their strategic priorities Use data and analytics to inform reward strategies, ensuring decisions are based on solid evidence and insights About Us Even if you don’t meet all the criteria, we encourage you to apply. Working hours You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday and your start and finish times will be agreed between you and your line manager.
