Trust Education is a thriving education recruitment organisation servicing schools in and around the Yorkshire and East Midlands region. Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our state of the art Rotherham office. This is a sales focused recruitment role and is purely geared towards building business in the education recruitment sector.
Job Description
1. Organise visits with established clients to build and solidify relationships
2. Make prospective calls to non-using clients and arrange meetings
3. Ensure clients are aware of the latest candidate availability
4. Utilise platforms such as our bespoke CRM System, website, Facebook, LinkedIn, and job boards to source candidates and to post our latest vacancies
5. Source and interview candidates
6. Deliver excellent customer service
Qualities & Skills Required
1. Experience of working within a sales, recruitment or education based environment essential
2. Target driven
3. Confident
4. Strong negotiation skills
5. Team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
6. Ability to multi-task
7. Problem solver
8. Able to meet deadlines
9. Driver with your own transport desirable but not essential
