General Manager
Salary up to - £70K P/A
Location - Bordon
Permanent position / Monday - Friday / 40 hours per week
The ideal candidate will need to have experience within the Manufacturing, Chemicals, Surface Treatment or similar sector.
Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a General Manager to join the team.
Main Purpose:
To oversee day-to-day business strategies to achieve revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
2. Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships.
3. Monitor financial performance and key metrics, ensuring profitability and cost control.
4. Build, manage, and motivate a small team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
5. Develop long-term plans aligned with business goals.
Experience Required:
1. Minimum 5-7 years in a leadership role within a small-to-medium-sized business or similar environment.
2. Experience in driving commercial success and managing business functions.
3. Prior experience in creating and managing operational processes is highly desirable.
4. Experience of metals, surface treatment, chemicals would be advantageous but not critical.
