The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Facilities Management and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential, along with the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver outstanding results within tight deadlines.\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nDesirable NEBOSH / IOSH certification or equivalent understanding of Health and Safety regulations.\nMust come from a technical electrical or mechanical background\nPrevious experience in the Facilities Management industry is required.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.\nExceptional communication skills with the capacity to lead and inspire teams.\nEffective organisational abilities, adept at prioritising tasks efficiently.\nDemonstrated capability to thrive under pressure, delivering outstanding service within tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities:\n\nPrepare and deliver comprehensive weekly operations reports for client review and participate in operations meetings as necessary.\nCollaborate closely with Operations Managers to foster business development and cultivate a cohesive team environment.\nDevelop and execute strategic financial plans aimed at achieving revenue, profit, and growth objectives.\nUphold rigorous quality standards across all facets of facilities operations.\nRegularly review operational procedures and propose enhancements to optimise efficiency.\nEnsure all personnel possess the requisite skills to proficiently operate critical and noncritical systems.\nOversee the Engineering team, guaranteeing compliance with disciplinary protocols and procedures.\nProvide direction, guidance, and supervision to all staff and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to established working practices.\nMaintain open communication channels with clients and the Area Manager to promptly address contract-related challenges and deficiencies.\nProactively identify and report any issues affecting building and facility operations to senior management.\nStrive to optimise staffing arrangements to achieve a harmonious balance between cost reduction and service excellence.\nExecute the implementation and communication of business policies and procedures within the contractual framework.\nEstablish robust control systems to ensure full compliance with statutory, policy, and contractual obligations.\nCultivate a customer-centric approach and nurture enduring relationships with clients to uphold service standards and enhance satisfaction levelsDon't miss out on this fantastic opportunity.
