About You: We’re looking for a committed SEN Teacher with a passion for making a difference. Requirements: Hold or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS). Proficiency in teaching English, Maths, and Science (minimum Grade 4/C or higher). Specialist teaching qualifications or SENCO Advanced Certificate (desirable). Experience working in SEN or alternative provisions. Strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEN, alongside excellent communication and pastoral skills. A background in special education, alongside familiarity with innovative teaching approaches, would be highly beneficial.
