As a Product Marketing Manager within the European Product Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Fixed Income business by equipping clients with the necessary product marketing resources to make informed investment decisions.
As a Product Marketing Manager in the European Product Marketing team, you will collaborate with various business partners to promote J.P. Morgan's investment solutions, focusing on strategic, multi-year regional priorities. You will ensure that product marketing is available at every point of the client journey, supporting diverse audience needs through a client-centric approach. This role is part of a dynamic and diverse European Marketing team, reporting to the Head of EMEA Product Marketing, and is based in London.
Job responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the Fixed Income investment team to understand product marketing needs, develop strategic plans, and execute go-to-market strategies.
2. Drive the Fixed Income product marketing agenda by partnering with global marketing and content teams to create impactful campaigns.
3. Utilize data-driven insights to maximize the reach of our solutions and drive business growth, using market research to validate and improve marketing plans.
4. Stay informed about asset management, industry trends, and product developments, including active fixed income, regulation, and sustainable investing.
5. Influence and work effectively with stakeholders across all levels, regions, and distribution channels, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
1. Previous experience in the financial industry with a demonstrated track record of success.
2. Working knowledge of fixed income and mutual funds.
3. Experience liaising with product and marketing functions within a regulatory and compliance framework.
4. Interest in and understanding of economics, financial markets, and geopolitics.
5. Ability to build relationships and influence across a large, matrixed organization.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track deliverables to completion.
7. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
