We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team in FS Tech Sales (Banking, Financial Services, and Banking) sector. As a key individual contributor in a hunter role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with customers in the Banking industry.
What responsibilities will you have?
* Opportunity Identification and Prospecting: Develop and execute strategies to identify and target new business opportunities within the Banking sector, focusing on high-value clients and decision-makers.
* Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives, key stakeholders, and decision-makers in target Banking organizations.
* Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end business development process from lead generation to deal closure.
* Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
* Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the Banking sector.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and accurately forecast revenue and deal progress.
What skills & experience are we looking for?
* Proven Experience: 15+ years of business development, sales, or similar experience in the Banking sector.
* Banking Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Banking industry, including key trends and regulatory environment.
* Sales Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Self-Starter: Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities.
* Technology Expertise: Strong understanding of three or more technologies, including Cloud based Architectures and Software Development methodologies.
What academic qualifications do you need?
Degree educated or Equivalent. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
