THE COMPANY:

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their UK & Benelux sales teams.
THE ROLE:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Sales Manager UK & Benelux will be the Commercial Leader responsible for driving revenue growth and aligning sales strategies with the company's broader business objectives. You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring optimal structure, motivation, and execution. Key responsibilities include:
* Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual targets and business growth.
* Team Development & Coaching: Mentor and support a team of 11 across the UK, Netherlands, and Belgium, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Customer & Market Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and private healthcare providers.
* Commercial Growth: Drive market expansion, negotiate high-value sales, and secure strategic partnerships.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, pricing, and product teams to enhance go-to-market success.
This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving sector, leading a highly skilled team and shaping the future of medical imaging solutions in the region. Travel will average approximately four nights per month.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* 7+ years of sales management experience in MedTech, healthcare, or pharma.
* Degree educated, ideally in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
* Experience in radiology, oncology, or fertility markets is highly advantageous.
* Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
* Confident, results-driven, and skilled in strategic negotiation and stakeholder management.
THE PACKAGE:
* Basic Salary: £90K - £110K (depending on experience)
* Commission: 25% bonus
* Company Car or £8.2K car allowance
