Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Control Supervisor who will be responsible for the day to day management of the Credit Control team. The Credit Control Team are responsible for overseeing the timely collection of outstanding invoices, maintaining accurate records, developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients. In addition to this the Credit Control Supervisor will be responsible for training and development of new hires, staff appraisals and handing client & patient queries and complaints. This is a fast-paced role and requires the applicant to be able to work in a pressured environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Operate as point of contact for team members and colleagues for any matters specific to UK Credit Control or any other assigned tasks. Operate as point of contact for escalated client and patient complaints. Liaise with manager to agree operational agenda/team issues for regular team meetings. To assist the manager in setting appropriate quarterly targets for the eligible team members, monitoring & driving team results. To assist in the day to day running of the team, making sure that team members are performing all required tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Responsible for making sure daily target is met for team members and communicating any issues promptly which may impact this. Regular check of the team 's PQ's to ensure there are no delays. Schedule and assist in employee reviews on an bi-annual basis in order to communicate job expectations, achievements and to plan future expectations. Manage any issues of non-performance of team members. Ensuring daily workload is completed by the team, helping out with overs, finals and tickets where necessary. Report on team activity/operational issues on daily conference calls with UK office. To identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements. Support new team members in working through induction programme, ensure that they have the necessary knowledge to effectively participate on the team. Assist HR with the recruitment of new team members as required, reviewing CVs and attending interviews. Perform any ad hoc duties as requested by management.
