OA have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator to join our client based in Hatfield.
Temporary position for a period of up to 12 weeks, likely to be extended.
Duties of a Senior Administrator:
* Supporting extensive email and diary management
* Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
* Scoping and booking international travel
* Raising purchasing orders, processing invoices and online expenses
* Managing visitor and room bookings
* Ordering catering
* Scheduling travel, meetings and minuting meetings
* Support team of EA/PA's with a variety of admin tasks and provide meeting support
What we would like from you:
* Previous experience as a PA / Senior administrator
* Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
* Email and diary management
* Available to start ASAP
