Join the Close Brothers Remediation team where you will deliver our remediation treatment team, be responsible for building out remediation strategies, design principles, customer treatments, and processes.
Working as part of the Retail team our ideal team member will have previous experience in understanding and addressing customer harm, ensuring effective remediation strategies are designed, designs are effectively interpreted into downstream processes, and are embedded into future ways of working with excellent stakeholder management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver comprehensive remediation strategies aligned with organisational goals.
* Assess the outcomes of regulatory, compliance and business reviews to determine potential customer harm and build out appropriate remediation strategies.
* Build scenario plans that assess and anticipate potential risks, whilst designing solutions that mitigate future business exposure.
* Support the management of the end-to-end delivery of remediation projects internally and through third-party vendors.
* Monitor feedback from downstream processes and be responsive to design changes based on customer feedback, outcome testing, and assurance activities.
* Deliver comprehensive remediation plans to address customer harm based on prior Business Review outputs.
* Ensure all remediation strategies and designs are compliant with regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal policies.
* Consider the customer through the end-to-end remediation lifecycle.
* Constructs the design and deployment of the Customer Harm definitions.
* Outlines customer treatment and business rules definitions.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
* Rectification/redress/remediation design & delivery experience within Financial Services.
* Knowledge of financial services regulatory agenda.
* Experience in designing best in class customer-driven designs.
* Control by design and risk mitigation strategies.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:
* Agile methodology.
* Data infrastructure and associated risks knowledge.
* Knowledge of the Motor Finance industry.
